The range of phone cards that work overseas largely depends on a particular location. In some countries, such as South Korea or Turkey, a person could use
a wider range of different
calling cards with local or toll-free access numbers. In other locations, such as Iraq and Afghanistan, only AT&T phone card may be used via a toll-free number in that country (please check the AT&T Global Access Numbers for more information).
